AEO AgencyPRIVACY

Privacy

When you submit the AEO project inquiry form, it collects the information shown in the form, such as your name, work email, website, and the buyer question you want to discuss.

Inquiry details are stored as private records in WordPress and are available to authorized site administrators to handle your inquiry and related follow-up. To reduce spam, the form uses temporary rate-limit counters based on hashed email and IP values, plus a fingerprint of the message to detect duplicates. These screening values may be kept for up to 12 hours.

When inquiry notifications are enabled, a notification may be emailed to the designated site administrator. We use inquiry information to review and respond to your project request. The form does not subscribe you to marketing updates. Please avoid sending sensitive personal or confidential information through it.

To request removal of an inquiry, submit a request through the same form and include the email address you used so the record can be identified. We will review and handle the request in WordPress.
